We offer a menu that evolves according to arrivals and desires. If you like French fries: do not come to us... We offer only good and simmered food!
Every day, the menu "Bistrot de Pays" at € 15 (starter, main course, dessert), € 8.70 for children (children's meal, dessert, orange juice)
And of course we have a diverse menu with various dishes, including homemade foie gras, pot au feu duck, beef rib 1kg / 1,200kg for two or the baba with rum.
Languedoc-Roussillon is rich in wine, so our menu only includes regional products.
And every day you can taste the calf of the village of Bolquère, from the Rossell farm. Does the veal chop with mountain mushrooms, quasi poele or blanquette tempts you?
The restaurant is open:
All year round lunchtime from Monday to Friday and evening from Monday to Thursday
- In summer and winter: same plus Friday and Saturday evening
- During winter holidays: we add on Sunday evening
All year round we are closed on Saturday and Sunday lunchtime.
Cooking can be learned, but above all... it is imparted.
